Where do orders ship from, and how long do they take?
Most of our products, including the GlowBar, ship from our supplier's overseas warehouse. Expect 8–20 business days after your order is processed. Each product page shows its own estimate. You'll get tracking by email when your order ships.
What does shipping cost?
$5.99 flat. Orders of $75 or more ship free within the contiguous United States.
Will the GlowBar fit my monitor?
It hangs on the top edge of a monitor. If your screen is curved, very thin or unusual, email us your monitor model before ordering.
How is the GlowBar powered?
By USB, from your computer or a USB wall adapter.
Can I return something?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in their original packaging. Email us with your order number to start. Return shipping is on you unless the item is damaged, defective or wrong.
My order arrived damaged or wrong.
Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.
When will I get my refund?
Within 5–10 business days after we receive and approve your return. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
