- We ship to the contiguous United States only.
- $5.99 flat shipping. Free on orders of $75 or more.
- Most items, including the GlowBar, ship from our supplier's overseas warehouse: 8–20 business days after processing. Each product page shows its estimate.
- Items in one order may arrive in separate packages.
- You'll get tracking by email when your order ships.
Returns
- Return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
- To start a return, email nuvarishop@outlook.com with your order number.
- Return shipping is on you unless the item is damaged, defective or wrong.
- Damaged, defective or wrong item: email us within 7 days of delivery with photos for a replacement or full refund.
- Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
